Type and Grid - Creative and Interesting DPS's.
I've been searching for interesting DPS's and layouts to help spark some creativity with my type and grid workshops. I was struggling to be creative but Indesign, Type and Grid and layouts are a crucial aspect of the design industry.
This is a link to portfolio he works a lot with layout and thought some of his work was interesting.
This is a link to a great site full of creative archives of the weirdest and most creative designs. I could spend hours searching this site.
These are some samples of the stuff thats on this particular page. Although the majority of these DPS's don't have much to do with body copy or pull quotes or headlines they are using the double page i a creative way which is helpful for me as i was finding it difficult to be creative and let loose.

Speaking From Experience - Blogger Logos.
These are variations of the current Blogger logo. Although I'm not going to be changing the look of blogger i will have to take into consideration the way the content of my work will be affected by the aesthetic that Blogger already has and the colours it uses.
It may be an option to use the same colour scheme so that it directly relates to my subject, however I need to experiment and see if there would be a more creative and visually engaging direction that could be more effective.
